A lot has been made of team building in recent years. Our corporate group business has responded by growing and developing into one of the best accepted team building options available. Beyond having a good time, a day away from work in a unique setting can boost morale and really bring people together. We have learned over years of hosting team building corporate programs that a day at the track makes a huge and lasting impact on employees and managers. Different from rock climbing or river rafting, Bondurant's team building methods teach real-world skills that have real-world applications. A day learning and practicing the Bondurant Method of Car Control gives each student insight into their own habits and areas where they can improve skills using vision and concentration. Each attendee will drive their Bondurant vehicle at their individual comfort level. As they gain confidence, they will improve in technique and timing.

Bondurant has over 200 vehicles onsite for our team building exercises. From a few hours to several days, a custom program can be scheduled for your group. Program vehicles include go-karts, Cadillac CTS’s, Pontiac Grand Prix’s and Mustang GT’s. Ride-along with instructor programs (or Hot Laps) may be in Mustang Cobras or Corvettes.

Combining the day driving with fun competition or hospitality will bring your company group together in a different and distinct surrounding. For many, this will be their only hands-on experience with a high performance car in a controlled setting. It is often the highlight of a week of meetings and a radical departure from the expected golf outing.
